Digital Products Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the software license key has been delivered.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur regarding the nature of our product, so we honor requests for refunds for the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product: Due to some mailing issues, you don't receive the delivery email
Major defects: Although we thoroughly test all products before release, unexpected errors may occur
Product not-as-described: A detailed explanation must be provided

Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference
Dissatisfaction with trading results (as we cannot guarantee profits)
Inability to properly configure or use the software (we offer support to help with setup)
Failure to meet system requirements that were clearly stated prior to purchase

Subscription Cancellations

Our product is offered as a one-time payment for lifetime access, therefore subscription cancellations do not apply.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support at camilo@wealthcreationautomated.com with:

Your order number
The email address used for purchase
A detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:

It will be processed within 7-10 business days
The refund will be issued to the original payment method, which in most cases will be through MMG (Mobile Money Grenada).
Your license will be deactivated immediately upon refund approval

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at camilo@wealthcreationautomated.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

Important Note

Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in permanent account suspension.
